Alma Mendez made the leap from her popular taco truck to owner of La Texanita about 5 years ago. She was featured on the Food Network in August, 2009. La Texanita packs folks in for amazing, authentic Mexican food. She is also a co-owner of Street-eatz, bringing her experience and secrets of success to our mobile kitchen.
